Dairy Top Ghee is a type of clarified butter that is prepared by melting butter that is churned from cream and boiling off the water. The clear, golden butterfat is then separated from the milk solids. The production includes simmering the butter along with milk solids which makes the Ghee nutty-tasting and aroma-rich.

The health benefits of Ghee are many, some of them being, good for the nerves and the brain as it helps control eye pressure and is beneficial to glaucoma patients. Ghee is most notably said to stimulate the secretion of stomach acids that help with digestion, while other fats such as butter and oils, slow down the digestive process and can sit heavy in the stomach.
